100% is 100 out of a 100, 60 out 60 is a equivalent fraction.










50% is 50 out 100, 25 out 50 is a equivalent fraction. to get 50% you divide by 2. Example: 20=100% 20/2= 10=50%






25% is 25 out of 100, 50 out 200 is a equivalent fraction. To get 25% you divide by 4. Example: 20=100% 20 /4= 5=25%
